• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and must not have been placed in water.
2. Excluded Items
• Custom orders are non-refundable and not eligible for return.
3. Condition of Returned Items
• Items that are damaged will not be eligible for a refund unless the damage occurred during shipping.
• Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us immediately if any shipping damage is detected.
4. Restocking Fee
• A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
5. Return Shipping Responsibility
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
