- Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and must not have been placed in water.
- Excluded Items
- Custom orders are non-refundable and not eligible for return.
- Condition of Returned Items
- Items that are damaged will not be eligible for a refund unless the damage occurred during shipping.
- Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us immediately if any shipping damage is detected.
- Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
- Return Shipping Responsibility
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Proof of Purchase
- An original invoice is required to process any return or refund request.
